I had to reach out numerous times, and when they did finally get back to me they basically told me that they wanted nothing to do with helping me. I purchased the Moses basket & changing basket combination along with the stand and some extra sheets. My items just arrived, so haven't used with baby yet, but they are well made and beautiful. With the liner in the moses basket, the inside of the basket is very soft.
